Our Giveway
As the season of giving approaches, it’s a time to come together, reflect on gratitude, and support those around us. Comfort at home should never be a luxury, especially for families who need it most. This year, Valley Air Conditioning & Repair is proud to give back to our community by offering a special HVAC giveaway to help one deserving family experience reliable comfort and peace of mind.
Official Rules & Legal Disclaimers
• This giveaway is sponsored by Valley Air Conditioning & Repair
• No purchase is necessary to nominate or receive the giveaway.
• Giveaway nominations must be submitted between February 1, 2026 and March 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
• One (1) family will be selected as the giveaway recipient. The winner will be announced at a later date determined by Valley Air Conditioning & Repair.
• The selected family must reside within Valley Air Conditioning & Repair’s service area.
• Final eligibility and system installation are subject to a required on-site evaluation.
• HVAC system size, model, and configuration will be selected solely at the discretion of Valley Air Conditioning & Repair based on home requirements and availability.
• The giveaway includes one Trane AC & Heating system and standard installation only.
• The giveaway does not include additional costs such as, but not limited to: permits, ductwork modifications or replacement, electrical upgrades, code compliance corrections, structural modifications, asbestos remediation, or unforeseen installation requirements, unless explicitly stated in writing.
• Nominee must own their home.
• The giveaway has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may not be substituted or exchanged for other goods or services.
• Valley Air Conditioning & Repair reserves the right to verify eligibility, disqualify any nomination that is incomplete or fraudulent, and make final decisions regarding the recipient.
• By participating, nominators and nominees agree to release and hold harmless Valley Air Conditioning & Repair, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from participation in the giveaway or the installation and use of the HVAC system.
• By accepting the giveaway, the selected family grants Valley Air Conditioning & Repair permission to use their name, likeness, photos, video, and/or story for marketing and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
• Valley Air Conditioning & Repair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time for any reason.
